Recently there's been a lot of Internet noise about supposedly defective Rocnas.  The anchor market is competitive and a lot of guerilla marketing goes on in Internet forums.  But in 2010 one small batch of Rocnas was made with non-spec steel.  Those anchors have been tested and still exceed RINA's toughest standares by over 400%.  

Whatever batch your anchor is, it doesn't affect your right to make a claim and we as Rocna distributors are here to help any Rocna customer in Spain or Portugal.

To make a claim

To claim a new Rocna under Rocna's lifetime gaurantee policy, please take a couple of minutes to fill in this form.

Excuse the inconvenience, but it is the minimum amount of information we need to be able to process a claim.

We will endeavour to replace an anchor immediately, but claims have to be processed through Rocna and stock situation could mean it takes up to 6 months in some cases to replace an anchor.

Please note that your current anchor must be delivered to a local dealer to start the claim process.

Finally, please remember that it a small batch of anchors manufactured in 2010 that are affected by the non-spec steel that has created an Internet sensation!  Even those exceed the highest RINA standards by over 400%.
